But will be able to learn FIRST HAND how to prepare these meals at home!

You will learn how to prepare delicious nutient dense foods without all the empty calories right in Melanie’s kitchen with her showing you all her tips and tricks for meal prepping.

Along with a gentle detox to reset your body to ultimate performance, you will learn how to eliminate the foods that may be:

  • zapping your energy, 
  • putting unwanted pounds on you,
  • causing high blood pressure, inflammation, high cholesterol, indigestion, and bloating

leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated physically, mentally, and spiritually!

Movement and Mediation

Because healthy living is more than just eating healthy, movement workouts and mindful mediation sessions will be scheduled throughout the week.

You will learn workouts to help improve digestion, eliminations, moods, memory, and sleep.
