This workshop will help you learn how to make decisions that are the best for you!



Our heart and our bodies really do know what is best for us.

This is a great exercise you can use anytime to make big or little decisions that you just can’t seem to figure out.

This is a group workshop that is one hour and it is over the phone or in person .

In pairs of 2, each person will go through the exercise for about 20 min and then switch.

We will have sharing at the end for some of the amazing things learned by the process.
